Bear Care AFH is licensed for six residents. That scale is the point — it is what makes it possible to know a person’s routines, notice when something is different, and keep daily life feeling like life rather than a schedule.

Specialty care

Bear Care AFH LLC holds Washington State specialty designations in Mental Health, Dementia and Developmental Disabilities.

Mental Health — A calm, predictable household for adults living with a mental health diagnosis — a day that holds its shape, and support given without fuss or commentary.
Dementia — A familiar setting for people living with dementia, where the day keeps its shape and help is offered in a way that does not ask someone to remember they needed it.
Developmental Disabilities — Support shaped around what a person already does for themselves: help with the part that is hard rather than the whole task, and routines that stay theirs to set.
